It is my goal to help people who most want to help themselves...
And I plan to work directly with you to accomplish your goals.
That being said, we all have a big resource limitation of time in a day, and the best way I know if we are a good fit to work together is by getting some information about yourself and what you are looking to achieve.
Please take a few moments to fill out the form so that I can get a good idea about what you need help with.
This single action might be the start of a series of actions that leads you to a more successful Amazon business.
Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) has created more millionaires than almost any other online business model in the last decade. The idea is simple:
Find great products.
Launch them on Amazon.
Let Amazon handle storage, shipping, and customer service.
But if you’ve tried it yourself, you know the dream doesn’t always match reality.
Margins vanish. Ads eat profits. Competitors undercut you. Inventory mismanagement sinks cash flow. And before long, most sellers quit, frustrated and out thousands of dollars.
That’s why sellers turn to coaching — not just to “learn Amazon FBA,” but to finally build a profitable, sustainable business. And when it comes to coaching, The Original Amazon Coach is the proven choice.
In this article, we’ll show you exactly why The Original Amazon Coach stands out as the top coaching program for Amazon FBA sellers, how it works, who it’s for, and why hundreds of sellers trust it to take them from “stuck” to “scaling.”
There’s no shortage of “gurus” promising easy Amazon success. But most are either:
Teaching theory with little real-world sales experience, or
Selling cookie-cutter courses that don’t adapt to YOUR business.
The Original Amazon Coach was built on something very different:
Proven Results - Over $10 million in Amazon FBA sales personally.
Coaching Thousands - Since 2013, helping entrepreneurs at every stage, from first product to multi-7-figure brands.
Real Processes - No fluff, no hacks that get outdated — just systems that work in today’s Amazon ecosystem.
Direct Feedback - Isaac will answer your questions directly in the Community and on training sessions
Full Transparency - Everyone in the Community will share their real business information (including Isaac) to allow you to get your ACTUAL business evaluated
This is why sellers consistently rank The Original Amazon Coach as the most trusted Amazon coaching program.
One of the biggest advantages of working with The Original Amazon Coach is that you’re not forced into a one-size-fits-all course. Instead, there are coaching tiers and toolkits designed for where you are now.
This flagship program walks you step-by-step through building and launching your brand. Covering everything from product selection to ads, it’s the most complete roadmap to launch profitably.
You will also have access to the Sprint to Profit Community to asks questions and get feedback directly from Isaac and other Community members.
For sellers who want hands-on accountability, this combines training with live group coaching, so you never feel stuck or alone.
For active Amazon sellers already generating revenue, Isaac Kuhlman (The Original Amazon Coach) provides direct, personalized guidance. With two calls per month, you’ll refine ads, increase profit margins, and scale systematically.
Packed with training videos, tools, cheat sheets, and calculators, this resource gives current sellers instant clarity on profits, product launches, and scaling.
Whether you’re just starting or looking to break past $100k/month, there’s a path built for you.
So, what’s behind the results? At The Original Amazon Coach, the system is built around four pillars of Amazon success:
Product Selection with Profit First
Using tools like the Product Analyzer Bible, sellers analyze costs, competitor data, and margins before spending a dime.
This ensures you only launch products with true profit potential that fit your budget!
Brand Building (Not Just Selling Products)
Instead of playing the low-margin game, sellers learn to create brands that command loyalty, great sales, and high-quality reviews/ratings.
Advertising & Metrics That Actually Work
Amazon ads can destroy profits if mismanaged. The coaching teaches how to run ads strategically, track TACoS, and how much to reinvest in growth (and what to put in your personal bank account).
Scaling with Systems
From inventory management to outsourcing, you’ll learn how to grow without burning out.
The coaching programs emphasize building a business that works for you, not one you’re chained to.
Here’s what sets it apart in the coaching space:
✅ Real Seller Experience – Not just theory. Isaac has actually built Amazon brands from scratch and scaled them to 7-figures.
✅ Proven Track Record – Thousands of students, many now running 6- and 7-figure Amazon businesses.
✅ Tailored Support – From self implementation to group coaching to 1:1 mentorship, you get support designed for your stage.
✅ Tools That Save You Time & Money – Proprietary calculators and analysis tools make decision-making simple.
✅ Focus on Profit (Not Just Sales) – Many “gurus” celebrate revenue. The Original Amazon Coach celebrates profit and income, because that’s what builds freedom.
"We started another program which was very expensive and did not allow us to figure out what the TOTAL investment would look like, we needed a FULL view of the costs associated with launching a product on Amazon using PL. Through investigations and the initial webinar you provided we were provided a more detailed view into cost expectations which changed the trajectory of our business immensely without going in the hole."

"You shared great information in a very generous manner. You were easy to listen to, extremely knowledgeable and friendly and gave us the opportunity to ask questions. Your answers were direct and to the point and your authenticity shone through. I really liked interacting with you and could see myself working with you."

"The PAB, the keyword research, how to think about key words and how users search on Amazon has been a big AHA moment for me."

"I had already spent a lot of money on training and wasn't getting anywhere, but you convinced me that the business was worth it. I'm very happy I made that decision, and hope to have a product launched soon!"

"The business had several holes that needed plugging. I knew very little about how things like running out of stock severely impacted the business, even though I had been selling on Amazon since 2010. I also knew very little about PPC. Under Isaac’s guidance, some magic happened. Isaac has taught me his step-by-step process."

"I was struggling for a very long time and had pretty much given up, but, luckily, I found you. You literally transformed the business, helped me to find the right product, and I’m still looking at the numbers and find it unbelievable. The conversion rate is pretty much 50%…ad conversion rate is 32.76%, and first 3 months PROFIT is $6,739.63!"

"I’ve been selling on Amazon since 2018 and successfully, and a lot of it is due to Isaac Kuhlman and his support and mentoring and advice. He’s been selling for a long time, he understands Amazon, and he’s great for having as a mentor. I use him as sort of a ‘board of directors,’ because I am not watching everything going on with Amazon. It’s a huge beast."

"The first thing that we noticed was that in the first 5 months we saw a double increase in our sales, and from there our partners and I made a target that we wanted to hit $200,000 in a 30-day period, and, at the time, we were at $132,000. So, we were doing well, but we wanted to do better. Within 2 months, we not only hit the $200,000 target, but we actually hit $300,000 in sales (in a 30-day period)."

"I tell everyone that there's no way I could've done it without your assistance. You guys really do a lot of handholding, and helped me through every step of the process. I loved the spreadsheets. They gave me a lot of clarity on my numbers, and I loved that you helped us set the 30, 60, and 90 day goals as well as the SMART goal...it really helped cement my vision and my 'why' and what the goal was."

"After 5 years in this business, I've finally hit the 100k club today! Thank you. Without your training, I don't think I would be posting these 30 day numbers. Time to crack open a bottle of the bubbly."

"Ok this just got REAL...10X the sales in USA!!! 14X in the UK)"

"I nearly doubled my sales from one year to the next...Thanks so much for all you do! My 2 young daughters get to see a lot more of their Daddy because of your help!"

"The best thing about Sprint to Profit is the ability to have not only one but four experienced Amazon sellers to talk about things, to talk about your business, ideas, as well as input and feedback on the things you have done in the past...their specific methodologies, the way they do things was just above and beyond."

"Been selling on Amazon for 2 years. Year 1 was great, did some training, got results. Year 2 teamed up with Sprint to Profit. Set a goal to travel around the world with my family, living well off my Amazon business. Well, guess what? 12 months later, and it is ciao from Italy!!"

"Posting for what's possible - My Black Friday deal got suppressed at the time it was to start. I had another deal on Nov. 25th for one of my newer products that's only doing okay....Today I experienced my first ever Cyber Monday deal. I sold in 5 hours what a year ago I hoped to do in 30 days..."

"I have had this milestone ($50,000 in 30 day period) sitting in front of me for 18 months...today is the day (it happened)...so excited!!"

"My best day yet with no deals. Just posting to show that boring products can have good sales - crap in summer but great over Christmas. Best month with sales over $179k and todays sales almost $16k. Thanks everyone!"

"WHOOP - We hit our $50k goal a couple of weeks ago, but today we hit our super-duper-wouldnt-it-be-nice-if goal. ($70,000 in 30 days)"

"Things have changed a lot. It's just in a sense, a REAL business. There's no difference in this than if I started a construction business."

"Yesterday, I gained 'Amazon's Choice' badge for my main keyword, and then today gained 'Bestseller' - and hit 100k in past 5 months on my new launch."

"I spent time improving product listings. Applied the training concepts around benefit driven bullets, photos and A+ content to send a cohesive, on point, benefits driven message to the shoppers...now it's converting at almost 28% compared to 22% before the updates which is fantastic!"

"For everyone out there, this business and lifestyle is possible! You just gotta work hard at it every single day. I am now fully committed to my business and doing this full time."

"Guys, I have 20 great products for my new brand, that my ideal client would want to buy, and is viable and profitable. This is huge! I essentially have a product roadmap for my business for the next 4-5 years."

"I have been on fire getting things done for the past week...Thanks for the guidance on the planning as well as setting achievable targets. It has made a big difference to me!"

"Hey mentors - you are my super heroes. Just had my first just over 10k (GBP) mth and got another product launched this mth. Am over the moon. Thank you from the bottom of my heart - love you guys"

The Original Amazon Coach is built for entrepreneurs who:
Are serious about making Amazon work (not dabbling).
Value accountability and proven systems.
Want to scale profitably, not just increase revenue.
Are tired of the endless cycle of YouTube videos, guesswork, and wasted ad spend.
It works for:

Experienced sellers (who need advanced strategies to scale to 7-figures and beyond).

Amazon in 2025 is more competitive than ever. But with competition comes opportunity — if you know how to play the game.
New Amazon tools (Brand Tailored Promotions, Virtual Bundles, Business Pricing) give sellers huge leverage — if used correctly.
AI tools are transforming product research and ad management, but most sellers misuse them.
Rising ad costs mean you need profit-focused systems more than ever.
Those who try to “wing it” in 2025 will burn through cash. Those who get the right coaching will thrive.
The difference is clear: The Original Amazon Coach is the most complete, proven path to Amazon FBA success.

👉 Your next step is simple: Check out the coaching programs at The Original Amazon Coach and take action today.
Your Amazon business doesn’t have to be guesswork. With the right coach, it can be the freedom-building, profitable brand you always imagined.

This is a monthly program designed to keep you working with us for the long haul so that you can grow your business without putting a ton of money upfront that sacrifices the success of your business. Basically, if you spend a ton of money on a training program/community, then you can't fund the business.
We wanted to make sure you are able to keep accessing the absolutely best training and community while still funding your business by keeping the program fee incredibly low. Why? Because we are just like you, and understand how hard it can be to spend $5000 or more on training only to have it end before you were really able to implement anything.
With all of this said, if you don't like your progress, the program, or just simply don't want to move forward with your business, you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop the program.
If you aren't happy with the program in the first 30 days, we will fully refund your initial subscription.
What do you have to lose except more time, money and hair by trying to run an Amazon FBA brand on your own?

The Sprint to Profit course from The Original Amazon Coach has one of the best track records when it comes to helping sellers build 7-figure business THEMSELVES, pursue a freedom lifestyle business, and "learn and earn" on the fly with business coaching that has been built out since 2013.
The combination of the Sprint to Profit Amazon FBA training program with The Original Amazon Coach's coaching program (group or 1:1), has given hundreds of sellers incredible results in their businesses. Now combine that with the fact that the programs cost far less than the industry average, and you have the best program at a very affordable investment cost.
This is why Sprint to Profit + Coaching from The Original Amazon Coach is the best way for you to build an Amazon FBA business.
Google might tell you that an Amazon FBA coach is a seasoned expert who provides guidance and training to help sellers optimize their Amazon FBA businesses
Essentially, a coach acts as both a mentor and consultant, offering advice, sharing best practices, and helping sellers avoid common mistakes.
It should also be mentioned that a true COACH will help you improve YOURSELF along the way. If you struggle with confidence, commitment or just making decisions, it might be a great time to book a call with Isaac to get over the hurdles that you put in front of yourself.
If you are talking about sales, then yes, it is definitely possible to get to $1000 in sales on Amazon in a month.
Of course, $1000 in sales isn't going to leave you with much money in your pocket as most FBA Businesses only end up with about 20% profit after ads.
The goal is to get to $1000 or more in INCOME a month which means you will need to get to $10,000 in sales or more.
The best way to calculate the average income you can generate from an Amazon business is take 10% of your sales, because a small business owner of a single brand should be able to take about 50% of the profit for their income.
Of course you can! I do, and so do several of my clients. But that doesn't mean you WILL.
In reality, most sellers quit before they ever really get going, and that's a shame, because the Amazon FBA Brand business model has worked for thousands of sellers over the last decade or so, and it continues to be one of the most scalable ways to make income as a freedom business that doesn't require you to trade time for money or physically be attached to a workplace every day.
There's no guarantee you will ever make money on Amazon or in any other business. However, you SHOULD be able to get some sales on your products using the methods that are created.
Obviously the goal with any business is to make profit, and that's what the Sprint to Profit and coaching programs from The Original Amazon Coach are designed to do. By following the program, the coaching and taking action, you will learn how the business works, how to avoid big mistakes that cost you time and money, and ideally, you will find products that will make you profit in the business.
Our clients have seen profit in their own businesses in as little as 3 months, but some others take up to a year. Some clients don't follow through and never see a profit in their business or even choose a product to launch. Overall, the reality is that most people don't succeed on Amazon because they stop trying before they even get up and running.

FBA stands for Fulfillment by Amazon. You send your products to Amazon’s warehouses, and they handle storage, packing, shipping, customer service, and returns. You focus on building your brand and driving sales, while Amazon handles the logistics.
It depends on your product, but most private label sellers should plan for at least $3,000–$5,000 to cover product costs, shipping, Amazon fees, and launch marketing. Could you start smaller? Yes, but your growth will be slower.
No. You can start as an individual. That said, I recommend setting up an LLC once you’re serious—it protects your personal assets and positions you as a real business.
Not at all. Amazon allows international sellers. You’ll need the right tax and bank setup, but I’ve coached students all over the world who sell successfully in the U.S. market.
Visit Amazon Seller Central, click “Sign up,” and follow the steps. You’ll need ID, bank info, and tax details. Amazon is picky about documentation, so make sure everything matches exactly.
This is the crux of the success path on Amazon FBA. If you can't find profitable products, that fit your BUDGET, you will run out of cash flow before you ever make a profit. So, the first thing you always need to keep in mind is your budget, then reverse engineer what the costs are. For example, if you have $5000 to make the first product work, you can buy 1000 units of a product that costs $5.00 to manufacture and $1000 to ship the units.
Just the Cost of Goods (CoGs) and shipping (Freight) alone are going to be over your budget. You also have to include marketing (reviews & ads) costs as well as realizing that the competitiveness of a niche actually determines how long / how many units you have to sell it will be before you start making profit.
The good news is I have developed a proprietary tool call the Product Analyzer Bible (PAB) that helps you get really good estimates on this BEFORE you ever even order a product. If the PAB says a product can fit your budget, then you are much more likely to find profitable products that can help you generate income than by using any other tool or program.
I don't advocate to use a lot of tools, because subscriptions can jam up your cash flow as well. However, ones that I DO recommend would be AMZ Scout or Jungle Scout for Product Research and to combine that with the tools that I have developed such as the Product Analyzer Bible, and several other tools that have been built inside the Sprint to Profit training program to help Amazon sellers succeed right from the start.
In reality, there is no such thing as a product you can't sell on Amazon. However, most of us don't want to spend $100,000 before you make a profit. By using a tool like my Product Analyzer Bible, you will be able to tell if a niche is too competitive for your budget. So, if you have a budget of $3,000-$10,000, you will be able to find products in that area to give you a chance to not only make profit, but keep your cash flowing so you can actually pay yourself too.
This is something that you can use a simple spreadsheet (like my Profalyzyer) for in combination with the Amazon FBA Fee Calculator or other software tools. A simple formula might look like this: Profit = Sales Price of Product - (Sales Price * 0.15 for the Amazon Platform Commission) - (FBA Pick and Pack Fee) - (Cost of Goods Per Unit) - (Freight Cost Per Unit) - (Monthly Storage Fee Per Unit)
I teach private label because it’s the only model where you build your own brand. Wholesale and arbitrage are short-term cash grabs, but private label builds a long-term business you can scale or sell.
Alibaba is the most common option, but you can also use sourcing agents or manufacturers outside China. Always vet suppliers with samples and communication tests.
Negotiating with suppliers is best done using a Sourcing Agent on your behalf, but you can definitely do it yourself. The best way to go about it is to present a "win-win" scenario for your factory. Usually that means something along the lines of you ordering and giving a timeline of payments and terms that best suits your cash flow without causing any grievance for the factory and that means they make more money overall, but you get the best payment terms or the best product at the best price.
Email communications are usually the best way to do this, but you have to be very clear and not use slang or jargon that can be misunderstood. Use clear, simple language and give step-by-step, detailed instructions.
Air is faster but more expensive. Sea is cheaper but takes longer. For small test orders, air often makes sense. For full inventory runs, sea saves a LOT of money and is always the preferred method unless you need inventory fast (i.e. before you stock runs out). Much of the process is laid out in this video on The Original Amazon Coach's YouTube channel.
You’ll pay these fees to Amazon - FBA fulfillment fees (per unit), Monthly storage fees, and Referral fees (percentage of sale price - for most categories it is 15%). Factor these into your profit margin before committing to a product.
The best way to do this is to use an Inventory Management spreadsheet. Then you need to keep it updated every month to make sure you aren't running out of stock on any of your products. I have developed a very helpful, useful, and simple inventory spreadsheet inside the Sprint to Profit training program that I use in my own business and so do my clients.
The first thing you need to understand is the Ideal Client -- who is most likely to USE the product? From there, you build out the BENEFITS that your products give to that ideal client, and how they help solve real-life problems. Not only that, but you need relevant keywords spread out through the entire listing, and images that explain how the product makes the life of the buyer better.
If you are selling a shovel, talk about how its handle stops the buyer from getting blisters or how your shovel makes digging easier because the metal tip is sharper/better suited to cut through hard dirt. Always find a way to explain how the FEATURES lead to REAL WORLD BENEFITS...and lead your listing with benefits.
This concept is a core component of how I and my clients are able to compete with top sellers on Amazon year after year.
I would actually recommend to get your brand registered and get a trademarked filed as early as possible, because you will definitely want to take advantage of the benefits that the Amazon Brand Registry program have for new products (such as Vine Reviews) and new sellers (such as Product Opportunity Explorer). Definitely factor in the cost of a trademark into your initial business costs as it is pretty vital to launching successfully on Amazon these days.
Great looking photos and A+ content are always very helpful in establishing trust and directly showing the benefits and real-world uses of the products. It allows the shopper to imagine themselves using the product in their life as well. You don't have to pay thousands of dollars to get this done though.
Professional product photography is usually unnecessary as you can get some pretty decent photos that can be edited just by using some good lighting and your phone. Graphic designers can take those images and make them look really good and show them being used in various situations as well.
You always want to find the most relevant and highest search volume keywords for your product. Do not add extra descriptive words to them to try to narrow it down too far though.
For example, if you sell a hammock, the main keyword is "Hammock." It is not "nylon hammock" or "hammock swing" or "outdoor hammock."
No matter what you WANT the keyword to be, the main keyword is essentially this - the word or phrase that the shopper is most likely to call the product.
Make sure to add relevant keywords and descriptive words throughout your listing - title, bullets, description, A+, etc...
The more relevant and descriptive you are, the better Amazon can associate your product with a customer's search.
The short answer is "Yes." As soon as you have inventory for sale, you are "launched" on Amazon, and that means you should start advertising the product on Amazon.
The best way to get high-quality, compliant reviews is to use the Amazon Vine program. The catch is that you can only use the program if you have a trademark, and you get Brand Registry approved for your brand. This is another reason why it is so valuable to have your own brand on Amazon FBA.
Easy. Have a great product at a great price, build a great listing, and advertise it on the same keywords that established brands show up for.
You can create unique photos and potentially (but not necessarily) create a small adjustment on your product that fixes an issue the rest of the brands have.
The best way to stand out and compete is to be the most appealing brand to your IDEAL CLIENT.
Product Quality + Price + Authority = Perceived Value
There is no guarantee you will EVER make profit on Amazon, but those that build profitable businesses usually take between 3-12 months to start turning regular profits on Amazon for a single product. However, the full business might not make its money back for 12-24 months (if ever). Remember, every business is a risk, and not everyone will follow through to make sure they are doing things that end up making them profitable.
Things like getting your brand logo, packaging design, a trademark, storage fees, and unmetered ad spend can take a lot of sellers by surprise. Make sure to get more information from a respected source before you jump into any business about what costs you will need to prepare for so that your business doesn't run out of money before it starts generating cash flow.
TACOS is Total Advertising Cost of Sales and it is a simple formula. Take your total ad spend of an individual product and divide it by the revenue for that product.
For example, if you spent $1000 on ads in the last 30 days for your product, and you got $5000 in sales, then you have a 20% TACOS (not bad at all).
1000/5000=.20 (20%)
ACOS is Advertising Cost of Spend and it is basically the same thing but ONLY associates your AD SPEND with the AD SALES (not total sales).
For example, if you spent $1000 on ads in the last 30 days for your product, and your AD SALES were around $3000, then your ACOS for that product overall would be 33%.
1000/3000=.33 (33%)
Honestly, this is something people worry way too much about. If you are not actively trying to do wrong in your Amazon business, you probably don't have that much to worry about.
That said, you definitely don't know what you don't know, and it is best to learn from others who have worked with Amazon for years to know what's allowed and what isn't. Amazon itself makes it hard to decipher their terms of service.
The major things to avoid are:
-Don't incentivize customers to give you reviews
-Don't buy your own product (or set up additional accounts to do it)
-Don't actively attack your competitors' listings
-Don't have poor quality products
-Don't miss shipping times (if you ship the products yourself -- not recommended anyway)
-Don't use a service provider that claims to get you better ranking or reviews
The same as any business. You can run out of money before you start making it if you aren't sure how much money you need to budget out for the business to be successful. Literally THOUSANDS of sellers have lost thousands of dollars selling products that were too competitive for their budget, but they never knew it.
That's why we created a proprietary spreadsheet (actually two of them) that helps you analyze the cost of the competition on Amazon and get a good idea what the projected costs will look like in order to see if you have enough capital to sell the product you are looking at or not.
No other programs give you this information. They just tell you what products COULD BE SOLD, and they leave out HOW MUCH IT COST to sell those products successfully.
You can start production and launching a second product as soon as your first product shows that it can be sustainably profitable. The reason you want to wait for the first one to be profitable is because it is VERY hard to have a product losing money and launching a second product that will also lose money during the launch.
So, get your first product profitable. Make sure it stays that way for at least a month or two, then start getting the next product to market. Cash flow is king, and your business can't survive with multiple products draining your bank account.
My best advice on this one is you can do it if you have researched the niche, understand the logistical side of doing so (VAT registration, VAT filing, etc...), and you are doing quite well in your current marketplace. Basically, if you business makes enough profit each month to cover the costs of the administrative issues of the international markets and you believe you can sell well there, then it is potentially a good time to go there.
